Recycle, recycle, recycle

As a University of Technolgy, we are commited to responsible use of the technology we produce. This means, amongst other things, recycling. The will is generously available. For example, my office is provided with blue plastic boxes, that say “PAPER”. But somewhere, something, is unsynced, and things not always go as planned. Once a week, the cleaning lady comes with a big plastic bag and collects all the garbage, paper or not, into the bag and leaves. Another example are the “chemical waste stations”, that the corridors are dotted with. Printer cartridges and other office junk are supposed to be collected separately. There are even separate boxes for for rechargeable and regular batteries. Or are there?
